Those business organisations are to report from 2008 for which the conditions, laid down in Annex 1 of the MNB Decree on the scope of information to be supplied for the central bank information system for the purpose of compilation of balance-of-payment statistics and on the method and deadline are relevant:

I. The classification of reporting organisations and reports  by the origin of the reporting obligation:  

• the MNB designates the business organisation in writing to submit  monthly reports
• The business organisation are to monitor and determine whether or not the value limits  or other conditions of data reporting obligations, specified in the MNB Degree are relevant for them. If  the obligation in respect to specific reports  exists the respondent  is required to submit the report.
• Reports to be submitted by  those specific respondents, who are listed in the MNBDegree.

II. The classification of reporting organisations and of the returns by the economic sector the reporting organisations operate in

• Non-financial corporations (sector A)
  • Designated in writing by the MNB to submit a  report  
  • Not designated by the MNB in writing to file a report
    
    
    
• Insurance  corporations  and pension funds (sector F)
  • Designated in writing by the MNB to submit a  report
  • Not designated by the MNB in writing to file a return
    
    
    
• Non-profit institutions serving households (sector K)
  • Designated Appointed in writing by the MNB submit a  report
  • Not designated by the MNB in writing to submit a  report
    
    
    
    
• Other monetary financial institutions (sector C)
  • Designated Appointed in writing by the MNB to  submit a  report 
  • Not designated by the MNB in writing to submit a  report
    
    
    
• Other financial intermediaries (sector D) and   inancial auxiliaries  (sector E)
  • Designated Appointed in writing by the MNB to  submit a  report 
  • Not designated by the MNB in writing to submit a  report
    
    
    
• Central government (sector G)
  • Designated in writing by the MNB to  submit a  report 
  • Not designated by the MNB in writing to submit a  report
    
    
    
• Local governments (sector H) and Social security funds (sector I)
  • Designated in writing by the MNB to  submit a  report
